First day today. Done pretty well. Controlled myself and kept my goals in mind. One thing I am also going to do is get on here daily even when I think I don't have time. I defintely think it will keep me focused. Maybe type out how my day has been. I think that will help. I can't "forget" I'm watching what I'm eat if I log onto 3 Fat chicks daily!
Did well food wise and getting ready to walk! Today has been a good day!
