Default back from vacation

I'm back from vacation. And today was my first workout for my usual routine. The good news is, when I weighted on Sat am I was only 1lb above my pre-vaca/pre-pms weight. Not bad. But then I had my highschool reunion and partied hard Sat/Sun so today I'm paying the price.

Exercise and eating were ok on the trip. I had hoped to do more eating in, but our schedule did not always allow it, but hubby commented on how "good" I was being dispite the challenges. Exercise, we did 3 days of mountain biking, and that was it, other than some walking, but I don't count that as exercise. And we did eat in at least 3 or 4 dinners on the trip, most of the breakfasts and 4 of the lunches, so it was as good as it was going to get.

All in all, I think its really going to be about a 2 week setback for a 1.5 week vacation. Not too horrible under the circumstances.

Sounds like you had a great time on your trip! The mountain biking sounds really fun! One pound doesn't sound bad at all for that length of vacation, which is very cool. Sounds like you're already back at it, and that pound will be gone in no time!
