I'm back from vacation. And today was my first workout for my usual routine. The good news is, when I weighted on Sat am I was only 1lb above my pre-vaca/pre-pms weight. Not bad. But then I had my highschool reunion and partied hard Sat/Sun so today I'm paying the price.
Exercise and eating were ok on the trip. I had hoped to do more eating in, but our schedule did not always allow it, but hubby commented on how "good" I was being dispite the challenges. Exercise, we did 3 days of mountain biking, and that was it, other than some walking, but I don't count that as exercise. And we did eat in at least 3 or 4 dinners on the trip, most of the breakfasts and 4 of the lunches, so it was as good as it was going to get.
All in all, I think its really going to be about a 2 week setback for a 1.5 week vacation. Not too horrible under the circumstances.
