Hello everyone,
I'm new to this site and I need help!
I'm on a low-fat plan and I have noticed recently my hair is falling out. More than the normal amount. I already have thinning hair due to PCOS and can't afford to lose more.
Do I need to be taking vitamin E, cod liver oil or omega supplements?
I hope someone can help me before I'm bald!:
P.S. I have been doing low-fat for about 3 months now.
