Hi, I'm Donna, new around here.
I thought it would be a good idea to set a mini goal, something achievable yet exciting. So although it's boring and typical I'm setting a weight loss goal.
I started to change my eating habits 3 weeks ago and I've since lost a total of 5.6 lbs.
My first mini goal is to lose a total of 15 lbs by the end of August.
To do this I'll have to average about 2.5 lbs per week, which I know is a little high but I'm going to try my very best!!
