This week...
 

This week...I am only three pounds from the lowest weight I have been since I was pregnant with my 14 year old daughter.

This week...I can sit indian style in my chair at work.

This week...I realized that I DO have a waist.

This week...I spent what little I had left on my Target credit card to buy makeup (which was my 40 pound reward). I couldn't afford it, but I deserved it and I am now wearing makeup for the first time in a long time.

This week...I realized that I am going to do this! I am on my way to being smaller than I think I have been since middle school and no one and nothing is going to stop me from making that happen!

Sounds like a pretty darn fabulous week you've got going on!!

And with that attitude seems as if there will be plenty more fabulous days/weeks/months/years/decades ahead of you. :)

Good for you! It's an amazing feeling, isn't it? I am at my lowest in over 10 years. I think the rewards are so important too. These are big steps and they deserve recognition!
