I'm in. This morning I was at 167 - still no measurable loss since I got back in the saddle on Monday, BUT I had a non-scale victory yesterday.
I tried the trick where you don't go grocery shopping when you're hungry, and it worked! I didn't buy any chocolate (my drug), I got cottage cheese instead of mozzarella sticks (which I can never stop eating once I start), and I also got a bunch of healthy snacks and tea to bring to work to combat the mid-morning hunger and to detract my attention away from the free hot cocoa and the candy cubicle (yes... we have a candy cubicle
So I am looking forward to my good choices making a positive impact on the scale in the coming week!
