Me: 206, up 4.5 pounds from two weeks ago. I'm trying to tell myself that this isn't such a big deal since it's over two weeks, but I'm not really feeling it. I need to just get more back into control. |
ok, i'll go. 182.8 I am up a lb from yesterday, but TOM is creeping on, and I had a sore throat which I felt needed to bathed in salty asian noodles yesterday.

I am game also, stayed working out at a gym this week and so I am down to 164 as of this morning, whohooo.. this might actually work out for me. That is a 5lb loss since 6.30

I'm in. This morning I was at 167 - still no measurable loss since I got back in the saddle on Monday, BUT I had a non-scale victory yesterday.
I tried the trick where you don't go grocery shopping when you're hungry, and it worked! I didn't buy any chocolate (my drug), I got cottage cheese instead of mozzarella sticks (which I can never stop eating once I start), and I also got a bunch of healthy snacks and tea to bring to work to combat the mid-morning hunger and to detract my attention away from the free hot cocoa and the candy cubicle (yes... we have a candy cubicle :rolleyes:). So I am looking forward to my good choices making a positive impact on the scale in the coming week! |
Trying to break my lurking tendency.
As of today, the scale is the lowest it's been at 221 but it's a bit frustrating since the first 15 pounds were pretty quick, not so much with the last 6 but now I think it's FINALLY hit me how important diet choice is-not just calorie counting. So we'll see how this week goes with better choices. |
