Eating a ton of fattening food is not going to make the insurance company stop giving you the run around. It won't even really make you feel better because, in about 10 minutes, the guilt will set in. Then you'll be frustrated AND guilty. Why add to the problem?
Go for a walk or do household chores violently
Something that actually deals with being frustrated, instead of just numbing it down with some chips. Seriously. You'll feel SO much better about your life without the binge
