well this morning i went to McDonald(don't normally do,it was a treat) for my daughter and was just going to get her something, well i was talking to dh on the phone and he wanted me to pick him up something so i went ahead and ordered me a breakfast sandwich as well and it was hard but i only ate half (man that was hard). then for diner tonight we had cubed steak with gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies and biscuits. all homemade! so i cut up 3 to 3 1/2 oz steak, about 1/2 to 3/4ths cup veggies. 1/3 cup potato's and about 1/4 cup gravy over it. the hard part however was not eating a biscuit i mean that was really really hard but i did it and im starting to feel like i can really do this!!!
