Thanks junco!! I think the issue you have going on is like the others said...just with the calories. For some reason my own body doesn't respond below 1200...& I tried everything from 500 up to 1100 & nada. Don't be afraid of a few extra calories especially since youre exercising. It's just about playing with them to see what makes your body say
