This isn't exactly low-cal, but Hershey's Special Dark chocolate bars are 180cal for the whole thing. That can definitely be squeezed into my meal plan every once in awhile, and the fact that I can eat a whole chocolate bar without a major guilt trip is a very comforting thought for me, lol.
There are plenty of "light" canned soups that are fairly low cal. Usually 80-150cal/serving and two servings per can. They are high in sodium, but eating a whole can of soup is a pretty filling lunch.
