Today...Not so good!
 

So today was not a great eatting day. I know that tomorrow is a new day and I can start over but it is like I feel bad for what happened today. :( I know that you are not going to have good days everyday but man this is crappy. I hope everyone else had a better day than I did.;)

I had a bad eating day too! Nothing off-plan necessarily, but things that didn't make me feel all that great. I kind of felt lousy all day. I'm with you. Let's make a pact to have a better day tomorrow!
