Since I was like ten, I had soooo many "day ones" that NEVER followed through. Now I'm 19 and for the first day of my LIFE i actually completed my first Day one AND Day 2!! eating healthy and running around my neighborhood! I am so proud of myself! I want to be so skinny when I go back to college. I even put an amaaazing pair of jeans on hold today 2 sizes smaller than I already am! All my life, I always binged sooo much at night, but I found that if I walk and run at around 8, it makes me NOT WANT to blow all that I accomplished.
