Me: 201, down a pound from last week. Still in the 200's, so still upsetting, but at least not creeping higher. The week of the 4th of July I'm only working 2 days, and I'm really hoping that I don't go out of control then. But at least things are better for now.
Hi Tealeaf, I weighed in this morning at 185.6, I am 1.6lbs away from my 4th of July challenge goal. My official day is Tuesday but I am so excited that I am doing this.
I am doing terrible. Nothing fits, and I've been weighing in around 181ish the whole week, blaaaahhhhhh, so its like a three pound gain, despite moving around and working like a dog the whole week. So right now I'm slim fasting it, just to try and drop a few, then I am going to cut out a lot of stuff, and watch the sodium very carefully, wish me luck, I need it
