Default I have lost 22lbs in only one week!



True, I went from 163lbs to 141lbs from June 8-15th, because I had my baby on the 8th! LOL!!!

Of course, I'm not pregnant anymore, so I'm holding steady at 141lbs

What a motivational booster! Too bad it's a lot harder from here on!!!! Never thought I could safely lose 22lbs in just one week!! Hah!

Congrats!!!!! On the baby AND on the 22lbs! I went home after my first expecting to see 15-22 lbs lost and saw 8!!! Still have not figured out the math on that.
