Wild, so far its just been exercise and i was on at 1400 cal diet, but i knocked it down to about 1200-1300.. I find when i eat properly i'm not hungry so i make a point to always hit those numbers and that seems to be good for me...
exercise: elliptical, walking, biking then lifting weights
sometimes what i like doing is going on the bike for 20 then on the elliptical for 20 or so. Then the next day doing one and lifting weights
