Congrats on the 20 pounds! That is such a wonderful accomplishment. Keep in mind, you may have lost that 20 pounds all over your body, so you are smaller everywhere. I know it's frustrating when you want to go down a size, but it will happen very soon.

nope, not for me anyway, I've lost over 90, and have lost about 6 sizes I guess. I size 26 to 16

I just weighed myself today and i lost 2 pounds more... I'm 178 lbs and couldn't be more happy and proud of myself... I'm not worry about size anymore.....

I thought it took me forever to drop my first pants size. And then I realized it was because I was wearing my pants too dang tight for years but by the time I was ready to shop for new smaller clothes I had gotten used to being actually comfortable straight out of the dryer. (You mean I DONT have to wear tomorrow's jeans for 2 hours the night before to make them presentable?)

I think at 186 I was squeezing myself into a pair of very generously cut 14's (well when I went to Target I was able to zip that pair but the other brands I was in 18-20 - which would YOU have bought? )
