I think we got to be practical and one thing is for sure these are the top 5 foods I can not give up but promise to eat only as a treat in moderation. I encourage others to make this pact and then all other foods become negotiable.
1. 72% Dark Cocoa Godiva
2. Crispy Duck with Plum Sauce
3. Nachos no meat
4. Sinful Sundaes oh how I love cocunut and chocolate!
5. BBQ Ribs
There it is my small indugences and rich food taste, but now I promise these things will not interfere with my diet.
