I'm at 208.4 this morning. And this is after a week at the beach house... with all meals being stuff like tacos, steak, fried fish and shrimp, tons of blue bell ice cream, pie, brownies, etc.
I calorie counted the entire time with a book I have... and though I don't think I was exact (I'm actually not worried at this point and time about being uber precise) the whole time... and me not doing like... ANY exercise... I still lost two pounds.
So yeah... me happy.
And now I have to pack up my whole room.
And buy a new Zune (mp3 player)... because mine died on Wednesday... which ended in a thirty minute sob session and 20 Junior Mints from my mom's room.
I'm really happy... because this is the first time in the past 6 years of on and off dieting that I'm actually seeing results. I'm not denying myself anything. I had pie and blue bell over the week. But I was in control the whole time. I can have anything I want... as long as I fit within my 1200-1600 calorie daily goal. And... it's working!!
