I stepped on the scale this morning only to realize...

I HAVE LOST 30.4 POUNDS!!!!!

I started mid January thinking that I'd like to at least be under 200 some time this year. I still can't believe it.

That's awesome. It's great to have a "wow" moment where it hits you and you realize it is actually working! I had that moment when I had lost about 30 pounds as well
