Sugar's got me bummed too! I prefer it in the form of fructose, i eat way too much fruit! I've gotta cut back, but it's toughy
I also am trying to make all different recipes for a cafe that I wanna own when Im older, and I want to try to get each serving under 20g of sugar, but that's ridiculously hard! I might just make it 25g...
I'm sure it's not as bad as you think, plus, real raw cane sugar is better than splenda, splenda is all chemicals, maybe if you want a healthier sweetener, try honey, agave nectar, or other natural sweeteners that are healthier than sugar
