Me: 201.5, up half a pound from last week. Been having more time off than usual, and not being wise during it. And I am taking two days vacation this comming week. But I have to take rein of this. The part of my brain that wants my body to be over 200 pounds isn't going to win.

178, down one pound, soon I'll be to my original start weight, I also had a huge gain in the middle of the week, five pounds, but I think it was fluid.

I was 169.7. Its great to finally be out of the 170's. TOM is here now so no more weighing for at least a week
