Iím starting the Abs diet today. It fits my lifestyle in that it includes foods that I already eat and love. Tried Atkins for over a week then Memorial Day BBQ came and went, jumped on the scale and I was 2 more lbs then what I started with just after losing 4lbs! OMG! So I figured itís not for me! lol! I need something that doesnít require perfection but persistence. So the search continues....What works for me and my lifestyle?
