TOTAL: 1546 use a different calorie intake thingee allows me 1543 a day so I did pretty well today, hopefully the late night snacks don't hurt me too much.
Huge NSV to not be hiding under a big t-shirt and feel comfortable in a swimsuit all day!

Hit 20 pounds lost today. Hoping to get into the 270s tomorrow but don't know if that will happen.

Here's my Thursday:
breakfast: iced decaf green tea, oatmeal, almonds, blueberries, cinnamon
no morning snack - wasn't hungry
lunch - whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and fresh grated parmesean cheese, tomatoes and peppers and onions.
snack (pre-workout) - whole wheat bread with cheddar cheese, 8 chocolate covered almonds (my afternoon sweet tooth fix...hey, at least it had protein)
dinner - tilapia filet (only 80 calories and yummy and good protein), 1/2 serving of rice, big salad with garden lettuce, tomato, basil with a bit of fresh mozzarella and homemade vinaigrette. I love spring salads! water to drink. 1/4 cup of ice cream for dessert - just enough to have something sweet, about 110 calories.
workout: 4 mile run on treadmill - too hot and humid for outdoor running!
Felt good to be back in my routine after two days of mini-vacation. Looking forward to a good, on plan weekend - no parties or special events, so hopefully no opportunity to get off track.

im posting soo late . my husband and i took a cooking class with friends of ours at the viking school..soo much fun. Im not going to try and calculate points because i enjoyed myself and did a lot of things right..so im happy

crabcake with chipolte sauce (i ate only half..rest on hubs plate)
grilled veal chop with wild mushroom and roasted garlic pan sauce (i took the smallest one on the plate).
arugala salad with walnut raberry vinegarette about 1 cup
double chocolate cherry cookies with a scoop of homemade expresso ice cream (now sweets are my weekness..this is where im proud of myself..i ate one cookie gave the other to my husband and took a taste of the ice cream and put my spoon down)..yay!!
i was able to enjoy the night, not feel guilty but stop when i needed to. I kept thinking i worked so hard and yesterday for the first time i saw the scale go down..i worked hard with my exercise and i didnt want to throw it all away..it felt really good! also i got my yearly blood test back today and all my cholesterol is great i was able to lower everything..total cholesterol is 193 it was 220..triglycerides are 140 they were200..my LDL is 118 and was 130....what a great day i had to share it!
