Went off plan, but it was worth it.

  • I went off last night, i was great all day... i sat honestly at about 1200 cal's... then at about midnight my brother phones me up, we phone up my cousins.. we go out for a birthday. I had ONE piece of cake! and about 3 beer and a few other drinks (rum and diet coke *at least i hope i got that, thats what i asked for*) I felt like i went off plan but.. as you can see by our faces it was worth it - havent been together like that in about 4 years.

ALSO you can see how less chubby my face is!! I'm the top left.

previous face shot - this shot was of me last year, i weighed about 210 (before i bounced up ) but eitherway, when i took pics of me now on my weight loss journey my face is NOT as puffy.

this is me at my highest.. so you can see the difference a bit more clearly.. dont mind my mountain man

  • You are so pretty! Glad you had a good time
  • aww thank you! its funny too i never thought me and my brother looked alike until i seen this pic! hahah
  • Aw! You're such a beautiful woman, I can see less puffiness! Happy to see you had a great time!
  • aww thank you!!! I'm glad i can see a HUGE difference in my face and neck.. THANK GOD hahah was getting puffy.

Me too was worth it. Mind you i havent fallen off plan for almost 2-3 months so that isnt too bad

Not bad at all, Lucid! See, I envy those that can have a little something here and there and hop right back on and continue. If I were to go off plan, oh my...just OH MY! I'm not so confident at this stage that I'd be able to get back on plan without having a taste of ev-er-y-thing that's crossed my mind since Feb LOL!! Yep! Right now, it's easier for me to stay angry and snooty towards all the foods I should not have.

Easily, without the poofiness, you dropped about 6 years off your looks. Keep on going, girlie! I'm cheering you!!! Rah! Rah! Rah!!

Oh! By the way, you know who you look like??? The woman that plays (the young) Stephanie/Steffy Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. You could be her sister. Seriously.
  • hhaah it IS hard to get back OP.. but take pictures of yourself from before and now and you just go.. "HOLY S. I gotta keep going!!!"

THANK YOU! its true, i look 30 in the bottom pics but i look my age in the ones from last night. YAYY thank you i need cheers, i really do.

:O YOU THINK SO? i just googled her! Ill take that :P
  • Yeppers! I know so! Acquire her severe vixen attitude (from the show) and you can rule the world and almost every man on the planet, LOL....

    Keep up the great work!
  • Wow! There's a big difference in those photos, well done indeed.
  • thanks!!!! gotta keep truckin! woot woot
  • wow, the 20 pound difference is amazing! i thought the recent photo was your "after" shot. congrats!
  • :O Thanks Therex!!!! Its kind of stupid but i can't thank you guys enough for the compliments, i mean... its just something that boosts a person up so I thank you so much, it really helps and makes me feel great!
  • You are a beautiful girl and the weight loss shows dramatically in your face.
Glad you had a good time, but keep going on your plan!
  • I'm so glad you went and had a good time! I know that it doesn't work for everyone, but going "off plan" on special occasions really helps me stay on plan other times. Besides it makes my journey fell more like a sustainable life change then a "diet".

You look fantastic! Keep up the good work!
  • I think part of the journey of weight loss is learning to deal with "off plan" moments/celebrations/etc. It seems you have done so in a fabulous way! -Glad y'all had so much fun, and TOTAL YES! - I can see the difference in your face! Not just the "weight" difference, but you're positively GLOWING! That is what HAVING FUN is all about!!!!
