I just have to get this out. I feel so good. This week has been really ugh. TOM finally decided to come earlier this week (almost a month late) and overnight I gained 2 pounds. I've still been on plan, but today I kicked butt at the gym! I've been scared to run because I injured my knee last month. I was afraid it would cause the pain to flare back up and prevent me from working out much. But I RAN! Woo hoo! No pain. And I feel great!
