I am really new to this. I am even having problems trying to understand how to do things on here. I have been having alot of problems with dieting and I really want to conquer my goals. I have 30 pounds to lose and am having great difficulty. I have been on the La Weight Loss program since March 23, 2010 and have already fallen off of the wagon. I just finished my bottle of take off juice once again so I hope I can do it this time. I have also noticed that alot of memebers have great ideas about doing this diet for the fraction of the cost. If anyone could help out in any way, it would be greatly appreciated.
PS. How do you track your weight loss with those cute little line graphs??
