I did MediFast (once). I lost 20 pounds (from 192 to 172) in just under 6 weeks. It wasn't really difficult, but I admit I hate "powdered" food & I got bored fairly quickly, and then my husband lost his job & I had to quit because it is kinda expensive. That was in Dec 2008.
I am now 8 pounds UP (180 lbs). Really not too bad considering it's been over a year, but still, not happy about it.
Thought about trying it again, but I really just want to eat REAL food. I don't ever want to "Diet" again.
(Don't pay much attention to me; I'm really having an OFF day!)
CHANGE IS HARD.
