lost 33lbs how do i get the rest off ?

    My name is Travis,in Atlanta 6'3" 297
    I have lost 33 lbs and need to lose 57 more
    I have stopped losing and need some help moving
    toward my goal.
    I am eating 1800 calories a day,walking 1 1/2 to 2 miles a day
    and working out 45 min 3 days a week with weights
    and riding a stationary bike 3 times a week for 30 min
    I have the muscles just need to lose the fat?
    any and all help or support would be great
  • Hi, Travis! Congratulations on your 33-pound weight loss! That's a lot and it just sounds like you are on a plateau, which is par for the course. Your program sounds great, so it's possible you just need to continue and wait it out.

    36 lost 54 to go
    protein shakes and more exercise
    have given me a lot more energy
    and a better outlook
    I also started taking measurements
    and see a change there even when the scale
    is not showing a change
