My name is Travis,in Atlanta 6'3" 297
I have lost 33 lbs and need to lose 57 more
I have stopped losing and need some help moving
toward my goal.
I am eating 1800 calories a day,walking 1 1/2 to 2 miles a day
and working out 45 min 3 days a week with weights
and riding a stationary bike 3 times a week for 30 min
I have the muscles just need to lose the fat?
any and all help or support would be great
Hi, Travis! Congratulations on your 33-pound weight loss! That's a lot and it just sounds like you are on a plateau, which is par for the course. Your program sounds great, so it's possible you just need to continue and wait it out.

I also started taking measurements
and see a change there even when the scale
is not showing a change
