Hi there, I'm new here on 3 chicks. Ready for a change. (I keep getting stuck on doorframes when my hips extend past where I'm accustomed to their being!!)
This morning I weighed 150. I am on a sensible eating (lots of veggies) and exercise plan. Don't want to go nuts at first and get discouraged. So my goal is to be 146 by June 1, which is in 10 days. Every couple of days I will substitute some nutritious fresh vegetable juice (greens, cabbage, etc) for one meal.
Packed a healthy lunch for work today!
Goal: 146 (4 lbs) by June 1!!
