It's okay, I didn't fall off the wagon, my baby is due next week
However, I am now back up to my original starting weight from 6 years ago (give or take an extra 10lbs), around 160lbs @ 5'5. I think I did pretty well (37lb weight gain)
I started at 123lbs.
He isn't due until next week, but I've been doing all my plans and preparations this week. My goal is around 120-125lbs, but I am a lover of weight training and the scale does not matter so much to me.
So far, I've got many frozen dinners in the freezer waiting for that first hellish week (I'm not too concerned about sodium or processed food in that sense), and then back to a more strict meal plan after. My plan will be primarily calorie counting (1890 calories + 500 calories for breastfeeding) and a 4 day weight training program (push/pull).
Can't believe I'm back in here! Look forward to it.
