Staying Positive Tricks
I was almost in tears moments ago because i had a second serving of my special treat for the day (extra bag of veggie chips, around 170 cal). BUT i refuse to go down that path of self-pity anymore.
I am so happy that i've remained in control of the situation. I gave myself a pep talk, forgave myself, and didn't beat myself up. (it would just lead to 3rd, 4th, and probably 5th servings anyways)
I guess if i could give anyone a tip to staying positive is to just repeat that failure is not an option. to keep tying, no matter what.
