Thank you, thank you everyone! This was really a MAJOR confidence booster. It also made me realize that my self image is not that bad. Most days I feel great and I feel like maybe my brain has finally caught up with my weight loss and I am really starting to feel like me again and less like the *fat* girl. Now if could just feel that good naked
. I'm not sure what my goal is yet (at least another 10lbs but probably no more than 25lbs all from my middle
), but I feeling more confident now that I'll now when I get there.
I realize the game is over...but I just wanted to say that your pic gives me hope. You started out about 40 lbs heavier than I did and your arms look great!
I am very very pleased with my arms. But I think I have to credit it to having a toddler and carrying him around everywhere and spending a lot of time jogging behind a jogging stroller, so be sure to incorporate weights into your routine. I'm not as please with my upper this or lower abdomine, so I'm just now starting to lift and looking forward to what kinds of changes thta is going to bring me.
