best food ever. okay, I didn't like the creamy soups, but the rest is so very good. high quality, high protein, low cal, low carb

Boobo - have never heard of the 'ideal protein diet' - is it one of those mail order food replacement diets? I have been doing the Wonder Slim products for the last 2 weeks, and really like this one. You can go to the Wonderslim posts for more info. from alot of us on this one. Is similar to Medifast, but more reasonable in cost and alot of those who have done both seem to prefer the foods and shakes better.

booboo-go for it! i started May 3rd and as of the 13th Ive lost 14.5 inches and 14 lbs!

I agree, I dont like the soups but the puddings are ohhh so yummy!!
