I began my weight loss journey with a committment to a new way of eating and living. As of today I have lost 16.5 lbs. I have not started exercising yet. I do know that is an important component. And it will help with the depression I have been feeling for so long.
I do need to make changes in my behavior in other areas of my life, like procrastination. I commit to you folks that this week I will take some steps to do that.
I don't post much, but I do read and am glad to be here.
