I work retail, there are 3 nights I dont' get home til after 8:30 or later. After beign at work 8 hours, not eating much, I'm usually pretty hungry by teh time I get home.
I dont' like eating somethign and then going to bed soon after, I know it's not good for my tummy but I know, too, that if I dont' eat my blood sugar will drop (hypoglycemic) and I wont' sleep well.
So, what are your suggestions for eating a light, nutritious late evening/night meal?
