Let's say goodbye to the 170's
 

Now I'm actually on the threshold of the 170's now, I did bounce down below, but have come back up. I think I saw a thred like this once before, but couldn't find it when I searched. I find it helpful to talk to chicks who have similiar goals as my own. So I thought it would be great for me to give and get support as we finish this decade and say hello to the 160's. Personally I am hoping to see them by June. But if not I hope to stick on here and have a little chronicle of those ten pounds being melted away! Come share! Whether you have the whole ten to lose, or just a pound left, let's support and cheer eachother on!

ok feel silly now! After posted this thread there appears one with the same theme!!! I think I'll be better served to join in with that talk! Wish I could delete this thread!!!!

Yes well I can find this one. Since I am at 176 I wonder if I could join with a 6 lb weight loss to the 60s as a real possibility in the near future?

Yes My 176 weigh in this am was a huge surprise. I was suprised the day before too and worried I'd zig zag to the 80s!
