scatterheart - that is awesome. explains why I feel like a bottomless pit the day TOM starts.
I'm a daily weigher but skip 5-6 days each month before and at the beginning of TOM. Just too discouraging otherwise. And this month I had the surprise of a 1 pound weight loss when I did get back on the scale. So, my two cents.
