The last week or so, I've noticed that when I eat, I seem to tense up my stomach somehow. It's almost like I'm not letting the food settle into my tummy so that I can feel full. If I take a deep breath and relax, it lets the food settle in and I feel the fullness. I really think I must have been doing this for years. Isn't this odd? I have been trying to make a conscious effort while I'm eating to let the food settle in and feel the fullness.
Has anyone else noticed this about themselves?
