Anyone else have a serious problem attending the gym regularly because they wait too long to go? I have been guilty of that a lot lately.. soo I had this idea, because we always have monthly goal threads, why not one that makes us kick our procrastination? What is something you procrastinate on and want to change this month?
I am going to go to the gym anywhere from around noon to 4 and no later this month.
I want to get back into the groove of working out. For about three weeks, I was doing pretty good with working out and then last week, I had some family issues, I binged a lot and I worked out I think once. I want to get back into the groove of working out and actually do it!
