Hey there! I just started this week! I have a pretty good cardio base already having done Spin Cycle class for the last couple months. Last Thursday I thought I'd see if I could run a mile and I did!
But it was HARD. So I'm jumping into week 4 of the program. I did it on Saturday but did not have the time to do the last five minute run. I'm not sure I could have if time had allowed!
So I may just knock off that last five minutes for the week and call it a modified week 4 and then do the really week 4 next week. It all works out in the end! LOL!
Here's my crazy schedule, for kicks:
M: Spin Cycle, walk in the evenings
T: Run, hour of lifting, walk in the evenings
W: Spin Cycle, walk in the evenings
Th: Run, hour of lifting, walk in the evenings
F: Spin Cycle, walk in the evenings
S: Run, 1/2 hour lifting with PT, Yoga (Swim laps for fun-nice and easy)
