sotypical there's something about the salt and butter content in popcorn that is like kryptonite to me. Which is a shame, because I love popcorn. But I know whenever I eat it, I should expect to see a 2 pound jump in the scale the next day.
My belly feels distended. It's like I feel full even hours after eating. Like I can't "suck it in."
I also have the sluggish heavy weighed down feeling.
I never used to know what my bloated feeling was. I also didn't know what a sugar rush was or a caffeine buzz was or feeling like death after eating fast food. I heard people talk about that stuff, but I had never experienced it. Now that I pay attention to what I eat, I'm much more aware of the affects on my body. I used to eat so much junk that I never let my body detox from all that, I didn't know any different.

For me these are two different things. I retain fluid after eating salty and/or processed foods. Puffy hands, face, eyelids.
My abdomen bloats when I eat unwisely. For me that's grains, potatoes, ice cream ... That's like balloon belly with gas I can't get rid of My waist measurement actually gets inches bigger and I feel uncomfortable under my ribs.
Eat good food. Move yourself. Lift something.
I never felt bloated until I lost weight. I guess bloat just got lost in my extra weight? Now, I can see when my belly is bloated and my rings get tight.
