First off I'm pregnant and using this site for maintainence then weight loss.
dh and I have been using "Lose it" for a year now and have lost weight tracking our calories and/or carbs.
I recently found out "My fitness pal" now has a iPhone app as well. I'm trying them both out to see which one works for me.
What I've noticed is that "my fitness pal" gives me less calories then "Lose it" does on maint. My dh refused to switch because of the same reason. His goal is to lose 1 lb a week, he says if he switches he'd be losing 2 lbs or more a week. In my case the difference is only about 200-300 calories.
I like "My fitness pal" but I worry that I'll end up losing weight when I'm trying to maintain, even though I'm still gaining the recommended 1 lb a week go figure. LOL
