I take a Fllintstone w/iron every night right along with my 9 year old daughter :O) I also take 2 Fish Oil Pills (no odor and truly not taste or burps) I use the CVS brand, I take one at lunch and one at supper. I also take a chocolate calcium/Vit D chew.

does anyone know the required amount of daily vitamins we should have?
for example vitamin C 30mg thats a guess but you get what i mean .. ive been looking but couldnt find anywhere that they list it all down. also my computer keeps freezeing..

I don't take a multivitamin. I do take 1200mg of calcium + D, glucosamine, and a B vitamin, on doctor's orders.

http://www.anyvitamins.com/rda.htm gives the RDA for most vitamins and minerals.

I take the gummy vitamins. I use to take the "one a day womans" but I would get so sick after taking them that I just stopped taking them and switched over to the gummys. I use to take fish oil but got sick of burping fish all day (EWWW) I really should start taking them again and maybe find something else without the fish burp!
