as for your gain...maybe it had something to do with WHAT you ate in those extra calories...maybe too much sodium and you're retaining water...OR MAYBE its just you're normal weight fluctuation...don't fret too much over the day to day weigh ins...wait til the end of the month and look at it as a whole...you will feel much better
we all fall off the wagon, just climb right back on...don't worry too much about being over 1-200, it's OK once in a while
