Yes as the title says, my goal is to just make it htru the first week. I'm on day 2 on CSD. I'm doing this diet because I want to nick in the bud the carb cravings, and it has helped before. I am doing this one day at a time, didn't plan it that way but it's turning out great. I hate veggies so I'm having them raw.
After the week is over I'm keeping a 1200-1500 cal meal plan and exercise.
