We had a huge egg hunt at my house yesterday, dinner, snacks, and candy.
I was able to stick to my loose plan, which is "only eat when physically hungry" and "stay under 2200 calories." I avoided the snacky foods, ate a reasonable meal.
And the biggie. . .I only ate ONE piece of candy!!
AND, I was able to pull my (once too tight) jeans down without unbuttoning or unzipping last night. Woot!
