no idea, but sure I will eat something

Doing good so far today - my usual oatmeal for breakfast, with some banana and natural (no added sugar or oil) almond butter. Coffee with 1/2 tsp half-and-half, and I used two drops of stevia instead of sugar. A natural sweetener, and I liked it pretty well. Will make that a habit - I don't use much sugar usually, but every little bit helps. No morning snack - it's good friday so not eating between meals.

Last night I had my subway club for dinner (6 inch on wheat) and I got the apple slices as a side which I hadn't tried before. Definitely healthier than any kind of chips I could have gotten and they were good.

I have a neighbor who does a 20 minute yoga video most nights and the last two nights I've joined her. Not super intense, but it is good stretching and strengthening - and hey, it burns more calories than sitting and reading a book or watching a netflix. Plus I feel really clear headed and centered when I finish. I am going to try to make it a habit to join her at least three evenings a week.

At 203.5 again today, which I'm content with. Hoping to inch my way back down to 201.5 over the next week or so with lots of physical activity (gorgeous spring weather helps!) and continued focus on keeping eating on track. No Easter-related food plans which is good.

Hi! This is my first time participating in a thread like this and I think it will REALLY help me with my goals.

I started my journey las August and have lost quite a bit since then. I was doing great! I was practically perfectly on plan until a Christmas party at the end of December and since then, I haven't had a completely 'good' month where I stayed on plan for more than 2 weeks!

My goal For April is to have a full 30 days where I stay on plan. Not PERFECTLY I know that to expect perfection will hinder more than help. I just want to break the cycle of 2 weeks on 1 week binge 1 week on 1 week binge and repeat. If I make a bad choice one day, my goal is to jump right back on track the very next meal. Not the next day, or the next Monday or any other excuse I would give myself to binge. The. VERY. Next. Meal. I've been dangling around 170-180 for Months because of this viscous cycle and I've had enough. I am ready to lose the last 35-ish pounds and reach my goal weight!

Sorry this post is turning out long but now I will include what I did yesterday and today.

Yesterday was the first day wearing my bodybugg and it was a good day. My calorie goal is to consume around 1500/day and burn 2750/day. I worked from 6am-1330 at Subway where I'm on my feet the whole time. And at 1630 I had a step aerobics class that lasted an hour. I ate 1503 calories and burned 3226. I went a little over on my calories consumed because after my workout I was starving so I had some slices of turkey before bed.

Today I am off work so I got to sleep in. YAY! So when I got up I did a round of Insanity (45 mins of crazy hard cardio) and a few hours later I did a round of Chalean Extreme (40-ish minutes of weight training.) I'm still wearing my bb so I will report back later on my total calorie burn for the day when I take it off. Since I'm going to be having fewer meals today because I slept in and have to go to bed earlier due to having to get up at 6am tomorrow, they will be a bit higher than usual but I will still be getting 1500 for the day. Make sense?

Anyway, sorry my first post is so long and I rambled so much. I'm just really excited to have daily accountability!

Good luck to everyone!

Eve, Welcome. Good job on your plan to re-start the very next meal

BlueRidge, Welcome back. Which yoga DVD's do you do?

SoTypical, If my Mom had a username it would be "Of Course" close relitive of So Typical", and one of her favorite sayings. Is Keiko a Boston Bulldog? Its a little hard to tell from the picture. I used to dog sit for a couple that had a Boston Bulldog, English Bulldog, and a French Bulldog. They had a black lab named Ruger {hunting dog} but he died of old age, and they got the Boston.

patchworkpenguin - Keiko is a Boston Terrier. Years ago they used to be called Boston Bulldogs - but over time the bred has changed (that's my understanding anyway). Same thing though! I love bulldogs, I really would love an English Bulldog - even a French Bulldog would do! Maybe for my next dog.

I don't have today totally planned out, but I have a general idea and am no where near my calories limit - so that's good, room to have a treat or something.

Breakfast:
high fibre toast w/ smoked salmon and a poached egg
yogurt
tassimo caramel latte macchiato

Lunch:
thinking I would love some perogies, and I have some hot dogs I need to eat

Dinner:
probably more mexician lasagna, unless I make something else

total: around 984, I will come back and update as the day goes on

Exercise:
already did 60 minutes on my exercise bike

I have to be really good now, this is point in my weight loss I always screw up

SoTypical, The couple was older, and maybe they wanted to keep the bulldog theme going, LOL, so they used the older name.

Nicole, good to have you back.
