Default Support needed

Hi I'm new at this. I need to slowly lose weight but i always seem to overeat every day for the past two months.

I am starting new tomorrow by eating very healthy and only when i'm hungry. i just need to experience ONE day in which i can create a small calorie deficit. I feel like i'm alone in this weight loss plan, so any encouragement and advice would be greatly appreciated.
